What is the minimum age to play at Blitz'em?

Here at Blitz'em, you must be 18 years of age or older and must be a resident of the United States, excluding Idaho, Delaware, Kentucky, Nevada, Georgia, Alabama, Montana, Michigan, Louisiana, or the State of Washington.
